Figuron is both a design studio and furniture brand. We develop unique designs both as mass products and as exclusive objects of art.

Where is FIGURON from?
Figuron Design Studio was founded by designer Alexander Zhukovsky. Today, our international team works in two studios based in San Diego, California and Warsaw, Poland.

What means FIGURON'S name?
Our name comes from the word "FIGURE": "FIGURE OUT", "FIGURE IN", "FIGURE ON", etc.. The Figuron objects are titled as a 'figures'.

We design our pieces down to the finest detail. Our product development team obsesses over materials and finishes to make high-quality products you’ll want to hold on to for a very long time. How I can customize Figuron's furniture pieces if I'm a contract customer?

Where are the FIGURON products made?
All our products are manufactured in Poland and USA. Still, we are evolving and ready to collaborate with new partners all around the globe.
How I can customize Figuron's furniture pieces if I'm a private customer?
We develop some of our furniture pieces as modular systems. In such cases, you can make some changes to the basic kit. Moreover, you can buy some additional elements for almost every product and expand the customisation potential. How is Figuron's furniture produced?
We work only with trusted and experienced manufacturers. We collaborate both with renowned factories and with artisans to deliver the highest quality craftsmanship in our products.

How do I place my order?

When will my credit card be charged?
To ensure a smooth processing of your order, your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept most major credit cards, as well as PayPal, to make payment as secure and convenient for you as possible.
Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?
If you made a mistake during the purchasing process, or had a change of mind, the order can be modified if it has not been shipped from our warehouse. To ask about shipping status or to modify your order, please contact our Customer Team.

Which countries does Figuron ship to?
We currently ship to most countries in the European Union, Norway and Switzerland as well as the United States.
How much does Figuron charge for shipping?

Guarantee & Returns
Does my furniture come with a guarantee?
Our products come with a 2-year guarantee starting from the day you received the product. Therefore, you should always keep your sales receipts and any delivery statements.
What can I do if a product arrived damaged?
Our aim is to provide furniture that is fully functional upon receipt and made with superior-quality craftsmanship. Once you have received your delivery, please inspect it for quality. We will return, refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. Please get in touch with our Customer Team.
What is Figurons's return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Figuron. If you are not happy with your item, you may return your undamaged and unused Figuron purchase within 14 days. Please notice, the customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item.
